 Leveraging the experience from the thousands of utility audits we've conducted, CCI's auditors are able to quickly identify the most common areas of your home that are wasting energy and costing you money.

eSmart3 Includes:

  • A visual inspection of your home, leveraging years of experience to identify the most common sources of energy waste. We encourage you to shadow your auditor as he/she will show you each area of concern
  • A prioritized checklist of your home's energy efficiency needs
  • A list of contractors capable of carrying out the work
  • A copy of our eSmart3 Home Energy Handbook. It's a 27-page guide filled with information and do-it-yourself tips to help you Get Energy Smarter!
  • Temperature permitting, an infrared "quick assessment" to show you the absence of insulation in hard-to-see areas of your home
  • Basic safety inspections to detect:
    • Unsafe levels of ambient carbon monoxide
    • Natural gas leaks
